Daisy is an outstanding female with an exceptionally fine, uniform zipper-crimp fleece and an impressive staple length. Be sure to check out her fleece photo—it speaks for itself. She is phenotypically correct in every way, with a compact frame, a beautiful head style, and excellent overall coverage. While I don't have photos of Daisy as a youngster, her quality is evident today.

Daisy is the result of an unintentional line breeding that achieved exactly what thoughtful line breeding is meant to accomplish—a significant leap forward in quality. We couldn't be happier with how she turned out and are grateful for the genetics behind her.

A striking silver roan, Daisy was at a disadvantage during her show career because there was no roan color class at the time. She was required to compete in the black division, where she was penalized for the white fibers characteristic of her roan coloration. As a result, she was only shown once, leaving her show record far from representative of her true quality.
